Marine Project Administration Executive

Job Summary

Support the Operations Manager and project team by coordinating vessel maintenance and drydocking, managing project schedules and documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical requirements to maintain vessel seaworthiness.

Responsibilities

Assist the Operations Manager and project team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating marine projects to ensure timely execution

Process vessel applications and prepare compliance documents for class certification, local authorities, and insurance as required

Coordinate and manage technical maintenance and drydocking activities to ensure vessel seaworthiness and operational readiness

Prepare, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and progress reports to track milestones and deliverables

Compile and manage project-related documents including Scope of Job, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), subcontractor documents, and execution schedules to support project workflows

Liaise with suppliers to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Execute additional duties and projects as assigned by the Operations team to support operational objectives
