We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Boat Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about boating, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the purchase of new Sailfish boats and pre-owned inventory.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales leads, phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct boat showings, walkthroughs, and sea trials as needed.
• Actively follow up with prospective buyers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and customer outreach.
• Negotiate sales and work with management to finalize transactions.
• Coordinate with the administrative and closing teams to ensure a smooth purchasing and delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information, lead activity, and sales records in our dealership management system.
• Represent the dealership at boat shows, promotional events, and other sales opportunities.
• Stay knowledgeable about Sailfish models, available inventory, product features, and marine industry trends.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; marine or boat sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage leads independently.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
• Comfortable using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of boats and the marine industry is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and attend boat shows as needed.
