Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand building, marketing campaigns, retail sales growth, and the brand s digital presence. The role requires an ideas-driven professional who can execute high-impact marketing initiatives, including with lean budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen brand identity across retail, digital, and outdoor channels.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive footfall, engagement, and brand recall.
• Create cost-effective marketing activations, partnerships, collaborations, and influencer initiatives.
• Drive marketing initiatives that contribute directly to retail sales growth across EBOs, MBOs, and department stores.
• Manage the brand s social media, digital marketing, content calendar, and online presence.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact; optimize marketing spends accordingly.
• Coordinate with Retail, Sales, Design, and other teams for campaigns and new collection launches.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, fashion trends, and consumer preferences.
• Develop fresh and innovative marketing concepts aligned with business objectives.

Experience & Qualification

• 2-5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Fashion / Retail / Apparel is preferred.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
