Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and competitors
• Analyze sales data and consumer preferences
• Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and promotions
• Prepare reports and business strategy recommendations
• Analyze customer behavior including shopping habits, trends, and preferences
• Design, implement, and evaluate online and offline promotions and events
• Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams on online and offline marketing strategies
• Plan and evaluate merchant acquisition and merchant support performance

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Statistics preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Analyst roles in e-Commerce
• Knowledge of social media, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM
• Understanding of market research activities, preparation, execution, and report compilation
• Ability to analyze markets using popular techniques and tools
• Data and statistical analysis capabilities
• Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills
