We are looking for a proactive and energetic Executive – Market Analyst to identify upcoming business opportunities across construction, commercial, office, hospital, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify upcoming construction and commercial projects.
• Collect project details, construction stage, requirements, and key stakeholder information.
• Identify opportunities for office furniture, modular furniture, interiors, and related products.
• Build and maintain a database of upcoming projects and potential clients.
• Update project and lead information in the company application.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Sales teams for qualified lead handover.
• Track market developments, competitors, and new project opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• 0–4 years of experience in Market Research, Field Sales, Business Development, Project Tracking, or Site Survey.
• Experience in construction, interiors, furniture, real estate, or building materials is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a proactive attitude can also apply.
• Good networking, observation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong willingness to travel extensively across Chennai is essential.
• Comfortable interacting with contractors, architects, builders, project teams, and other stakeholders.
