The MAC provides strategic oversight and governance for six TCS resources while maintaining alignment with Ford Regional Teams, dealer leadership, training and education partners, New Ford Tech, and other relevant Ford business partners.
What you'll do...
Success in this role is measured by market-level dealer outcomes, technician workforce improvement, TCS effectiveness, program adoption, cost efficiency, and return on investment — not simply activity volume.
