Market Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Market Associate to join our team for local Farmers Markets in DFW. This is a part time position, 5 - 10 hours a week, on the weekends.

Duties

• Greet and acknowledge customers and maintain and inviting booth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
• Sample food products along with offering suggestions on how to use it or share recipes.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette whole working at the booth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is Sales
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
