Market Change and Comms Lead

该职位来源于猎聘 The role Serving as the Change Management Lead for China and participate in the global business transformation project. Be responsible for comprehending global solution design as well as local business status in China, analyzing existing discrepancies between both sides and driving alignment to bridge gaps. For irreconcilable differences, conduct user communication and change enablement to gain acceptance and understanding, to facilitate the smooth implementation of the overall global solution. What you'll be responsible for

• Delivery of Market change interventions, using method and materials detailed in the global Playbooks (localised by wave teams), in collaboration with BI Market Change Coordinator.
• Owns and delivers market level comms plan, using comms Toolkit materials. Utilises Wave Comms playbook to localise to their local market requirement
• Validates change impact assessment – conducts local CIA for their market. Attends local design workshops (where necessary), and captures impacts into Change Impact Template
• Manages team of Market Change Agents, to tailor Global Comms materials depending on local functional needs (including tone of voice and facilitating any translation requirements)
• Manages Market level risks/issues/roadblocks, escalating as appropriate to the Market Change Advocate and/or Regional Change team
• Collate ongoing feedback and readiness levels from their market teams and report back/escalate to the Regional Change Team where necessary We're looking for someone who
• Understanding of Change Management frameworks and methodologies desired, but not essential
• Understanding of local Market operations – key stakeholders, organisational structure, etc
• Track record of involvement in complex transformation initiatives
• Strong programme management skills: planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort operating in formal governance forums, raising risks and issues as required
