Market Development, Executive (Batam)

Key Accountabilities:

• Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, and executing field sales action plans.

• Monitors competition and healthcare landscapes in assigned territory. Analyzes trends and recommends strategies for identified opportunities and risks

• Build relationships with key doctors by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities

• Identify potential new doctors in Batam for market expansion opportunity in terms of outbound patient referral

• Help arrange events such as RTD and CME between our doctors in Singapore and doctors in Batam

• Assist patients, from collecting patient data to making sure patient successfully discharge for a smooth appointment and admission in our Hospitals in Singapore

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least Medical Doctors degree with 2-3 years of experience with an emphasis on international business development or medical tourism.

• The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills. The individual is also expected to work independently and to be self-motivated on the assigned territory.

• Well-conversant with contemporary marketing practices and digital media platforms; experience in healthcare-related platforms can be a plus

• Good connection of referring doctors, hospitals and strong database

• Must have good computer and technical skills to navigate the communication barriers of frequent travel.
