Key Responsibilities

• Activate new retail outlets and facilitate initial billing through the authorized distributor network with support from the local sales team.
• Drive mechanic engagement and participation in loyalty programs to generate demand and increase product movement.
• Execute retailer meets, mechanic meets, and market activation activities as per the program calendar.
• Escalate distributor, retailer, or mechanic-related issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Market Development.
• Experience in Auto Components, Automotive Aftermarket, Friction Parts or Spare Parts Mandatory
• Experience in Passenger Car (PC) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) segments will be preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with field travel and app-based reporting.
• Valid driving license required; own two-wheeler preferred.
