Description Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a dynamic talent to join USANA as Market Development Senior Executive. The Senior Market Development Executive is an experienced team member responsible for driving sales growth and developing business leaders in the Malaysia market. This role leads market development initiatives including sales events and activities , training, recognition, and incentive programs, designed to support brand partners in building sustainable businesses and achieving year-on-year growth. The role also involves strategic planning, leadership engagement, and performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

What You Will Do as a USANA Market Development Senior Executive

Essential

• Lead engagement efforts with brand partners, particularly key leaders, to strengthen their connection to the USANA community and support business growth.
• Identify and develop emerging leaders through monitoring, coaching, and regular follow-ups to guide their progress and long-term potential.
• Assist brand partners in developing training materials and presentation decks; deliver training programs for various experience levels both in-office and during roadshows.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, brand partner training sessions, recognition programs, incentive trips, and other brand partner-facing activities.
• Manage vendor-related responsibilities including sourcing, negotiation, and coordination to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for open meetings and recognition events; communicate field initiatives, service updates, and business messages effectively.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize prospecting activities such as product launches, health fairs, and open days that support brand partners in expanding their networks.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Play a key role in executing incentive programs, supporting logistics, communication materials, and ensuring a positive brand partner experience.
• Analyze sales data and market performance; prepare weekly reports and provide actionable insights to management to inform decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance tracking tools and dashboards to support sales initiatives and monitor business progress.

Additional

• Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA events.
• Provide General Administrative support to team.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, health sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the direct selling or network marketing industry.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay, as the role requires regular communication and the handling of work-related materials in these languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with brand partners and internal teams at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and hands-on.
• Mature, confident, and proactive with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a strong team player, and consistently perform all essential job duties safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation and able to interact with a variety of customers from different backgrounds.
