Job Title: Market Intelligence & Business Development Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded individual to support market research, business development, and marketing activities across the company.

The role will focus on using AI and digital research tools to identify market opportunities, research competitors and potential customers, and convert this information into structured target lists and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct company, competitor, and market research using AI and online research tools.
• Identify potential customers, partners, distributors, and new market opportunities.
• Prepare concise research summaries, competitor comparisons, and target company lists.
• Maintain and develop business development databases and prospect lists.
• Support management with market intelligence for new products, regions, and business opportunities.
• Assist with preparing introductory material and information for potential customers.
• Manage and coordinate company social media content and regular posting.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and relevant market trends.
• Work closely with management and sales teams to help convert research into actionable business development leads.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong research and analytical skills, commercially aware, comfortable using AI and digital tools, well organised, and able to turn large amounts of information into clear and useful business insights. Good written communication and social media skills are also important.
