MARKET INTELLIGENCE & VISUAL MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE

About the role

We are looking for a Market Intelligence & Visual Merchandising Associate who will be responsible for ensuring proper product presentation, visual merchandising compliance, promotional execution, and market intelligence across assigned branches. The role involves regular branch visits, store audits, competitor monitoring, pricing checks, product availability monitoring, and preparation of reports that will support merchandising, pricing, and promotional decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines across assigned branches
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with established display standards
• Monitor branch display compliance, identify non-compliance, and ensure timely closure of action items
• Ensure proper execution of promotional, seasonal, and new product displays
• Conduct regular trade checks covering competitor pricing, promotions, product availability, and market activities
• Monitor market product status, including new product launches, end-of-life products, supply gaps, and product availability
• Prepare and submit accurate market intelligence, competitor, pricing, and promotional reports
• Coordinate with branches regarding merchandising and market intelligence concerns
• Submit complete and accurate branch visit reports within the required timeline
• Maintain proper documentation of branch conditions, displays, promotional materials, and competitor activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or a related field
• Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, trade marketing, market research, sales support, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify display, pricing, and promotional inconsistencies
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to conduct frequent branch visits and fieldwork
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila, CALABARZON, and nearby provinces
• Able to work independently and manage multiple branch requirements
