Market Quality Engineer

Job Scope

• Market Quality Responsibility: Taking care for market quality issues as assigned. (Overseas or Domestic)

• Customer Support: Provide technical support and solutions for all quality-related issues raised by customers in the after-sales service.

• Quality Meetings: Organize and conduct quality meetings to address and resolve field issues effectively.

• Field Data Analysis: Collect, analyze field data to identify trends, Root causes, and reach opportunities for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• New graduates are welcome
• Bachelor's degree in engineering: Fields or related
• Skills in statistical data analysis or proficiency in relevant tools, such as Power BI or Excel VBA.
• Experience in customer service or after-sales support.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to create detailed reports and deliver clear presentations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel Domestic or Overseas as required.

Working conditions:

• Working day – hours: Monday – Friday 07.40 – 17.00 (245 working Day/Year approximately)
• Monthly gross salary: Open for discussion or based on company policy.
