Role Description This part-time Market Research role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The Market Research professional will gather, analyze, and interpret data on sustainable building trends, green technologies, and ESG practices relevant to Saudi Arabia and the broader region. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and stakeholder research, preparing reports and presentations, and providing insights that support SGBA’s programs, partnerships, and policy initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring industry developments, and contributing to knowledge products such as briefings, case studies, and thought leadership content. The successful candidate will help inform strategic decisions and support SGBA’s mission to advance green building and climate-resilient development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate trends, identify insights, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports, visual summaries, and stakeholder discussions.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to engage professionally with partners, members, and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in sustainability, green building, ESG, or urban development is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, environmental studies, engineering, or a related field; advanced studies or professional certifications in market research or sustainability are an advantage.
• Proficiency with research tools, data analysis software, and office productivity applications; familiarity with regional market dynamics in the GCC is a plus.
