Market Research Analyst

Role Description This part-time remote Market Research Analyst role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support client projects and internal decision-making. The analyst conducts qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, and secondary data reviews, to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Day-to-day tasks include designing research plans, preparing datasets, performing analytical reviews, and creating clear reports and presentations that highlight key insights. The role collaborates with consultants and other team members to translate findings into practical recommendations for personnel-related and organizational development initiatives.
