Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, evaluate competitor activities, and prepare reports that support business planning and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering reliable market information, interpreting research findings, and presenting actionable insights to help the company understand customer needs, market developments, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from reliable sources.
• Research competitor activities, market positioning, pricing trends, and industry developments.
• Prepare market research reports, presentations, charts, and analytical summaries.
• Identify potential market segments and assess customer demand.
• Maintain accurate research records, databases, and documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools to organize and analyze data.
• Translate research findings into practical insights and recommendations.
• Monitor changes in the industry and update market intelligence reports regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business planning and research projects.
• Ensure research findings are objective, accurate, and supported by credible information.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage research tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies, survey analysis, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Relevant work experience in market research or business analysis is preferred but not essential for candidates with suitable skills.
