Market Research - Associates & Senior Associates @ThinkONE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage all phases of market research studies and consulting projects: questionnaire design, fieldwork management, data analysis, preparation of reports and oral presentations in line with strategic business needs

Consulting clients on their business needs and put in place methodologies to generate actionable insights to test/optimize marketing communication, pricing, product portfolios, and new product developments

Ensuring good and efficient collaboration with external stakeholders in different countries

Defining quantitative methods and creative thinking to help answer complex business questions

Independent management of clients and internal teams during day-to-day project management

Ensuring that the assigned projects are optimally carried out and deadlines are met

QUALIFICATIONS

·A Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, market research, marketing, etc.

·Min 3 years of relevant work experience

·Strong Project Management skills (rigor, organization, time management, team management, etc.)

·Keen interest in developing strong client relationships

·Excellent skills with Microsoft Office suite of products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

·Exposure to various quantitative/qualitative market research methodologies is a plus

·Excellent written and oral communication

·Entrepreneurial and pro-active attitude

·Ability to quickly adapt to a complex, dynamic environment and to work on multiple projects in parallel

·Independent, yet a team player
