Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and packing down the stall, ensuring displays are attractive and organized
• Manage stock levels, restocking items as needed to maintain product availability
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote featured products and increase sales
• Handle customer inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall area throughout your shift
• Support with inventory management, including basic math calculations for stock counts and sales tracking

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages such as Spanish or bilingual proficiency is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
• Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that attract buyers
• Excellent organizational skills for managing stock, displays, and time efficiently
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, counting stock, and recording sales accurately
