As a Market Support Assistant , you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations accurately and promptly.
- Process customer orders within the required deadlines and consolidate requirements to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with customers to coordinate and confirm delivery schedules and locations.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of invoices and other related records.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the job scope as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess a min in Diploma in Business or GCE 'O' Levels.
- Basic Microsoft application especially Excel & Word
