Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The person will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Business to Business (B2B) End-user Customer Acquisition, Management, and Retention (eg, Hotels, Bakeries, Confectioneries, Restaurants, Schools, Hospitals, Event Centres, Corporate Organisations)
• Register and update client information in the company Registration Form
• Generate sales reports each week and submit them to the online platform.
• Identify potential opportunities for revenue generation and company growth
• Report and represent the company and your line manager as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
• At least 2 years’ field sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Customer Relationship Management
• Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
• Presentation skills
