Job Description

• ?We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Marketing Executives to join our team.
• ?The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for achieving targets.

?Key Responsibilities

• ?Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
• ?Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective clients
• ?Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• ?Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
• ?Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• ?Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
• ?Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• ?Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• ?Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• ?Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• ?Proven experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage).
