Marketer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State

We are currently seeking a Marketer to promote insurance products, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market insurance products to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through various channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Explain insurance products and policies clearly to prospective customers.
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and renewals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in insurance sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet targets.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain them effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
