About the Role

Prince OJ Global Services Ltd is seeking confident, proactive, and results-driven Marketers to join our team in Abuja.

We are looking for individuals who understand sales and marketing, enjoy meeting people, and can identify opportunities to grow our business. The ideal candidates will help expand our customer base, build strong business relationships, promote our products, and drive sales within the Abuja market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abuja and its surrounding areas.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, provision stores, distributors, and other potential customers to promote the company's products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Drive sales, secure orders, and work towards assigned sales targets.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for product distribution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and product demand.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, market opportunities, and challenges.
• Represent the company professionally in all business interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja market will be an added advantage.
• Ability to move around Abuja for customer visits and business development.
• Must be honest, disciplined, organised, and results-oriented.

Remuneration

Salary and other compensation will be discussed with successful candidates and will be based on experience and the company's compensation structure.
