MARKETER REAL ESTATE

• Market and promote residential, commercial, and land properties to prospective clients.
• Generate leads through social media, networking, referrals, calls, and other marketing channels.
• Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, tenants, and property owners.
• Conduct property inspections and arrange property viewings for clients.
• Provide clients with accurate information about properties, prices, locations, and available facilities.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales or rentals.
• Negotiate property prices and terms with clients where appropriate.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, leads, and sales performance.
• Stay informed about property market trends, prices, developments, and competitors.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and property management teams.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
