Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to potential clients to promote our travel agency services and enroll them as customers.
• Handling calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
• Overseeing customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Identifying and visiting strategic locations, including conference centers, to promote our brand.
• Reaching out to radio stations to play our promotional jingles and enhance brand visibility.
• Visiting radio stations and coordinating marketing activities for promotional campaigns.
• Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to increase customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
