Marketing Activation Executive

About this role

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing activations, events, and partner programs in
Thailand. This role manages budgets, KPIs, suppliers, and key projects while providing day-to-day
guidance and support to the Marketing Coordinator to drive business growth.

This position will be based in Bangkok, Thailand

What You Will Do

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

   • Develop annual and quarterly marketing activation plans aligned with business and sales objectives, including priorities, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
   • Identify market opportunities and propose events, customer engagement programs, partner campaigns, and other initiatives to drive business growth.

2. Event & Campaign Execution

   • Lead and actively execute seminars, roadshows, exhibitions, customer activities, partner campaigns, and company events.
   • Ensure activities are delivered effectively within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and brand standards, while proactively resolving operational issues.

3. Partner & Supplier Management

   • Develop and manage co-marketing activities with suppliers, channel partners, key accounts, and strategic customers.
   • Manage vendors and agencies, including defining scopes of work, reviewing quotations, negotiating terms, and monitoring delivery quality and performance.

4. Budget, KPI & Performance Management

   • Manage marketing activation budgets, spending, forecasts, and supporting documentation in compliance with company processes.
   • Track KPIs, evaluate activity results and business impact, and prepare performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

5. Team Leadership & Project Management

   • Provide day-to-day direction, task prioritization, coaching, and quality oversight to the Marketing Coordinator.
   • Remain actively involved in and accountable for key project execution while managing multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and follow-up actions.

6. Cross-functional Coordination & Market Insights

   • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Technical, E-commerce, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
   • Monitor market and competitor activities, gather feedback from partners and customers, and translate insights into actionable marketing opportunities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing activation, event marketing, trade marketing, channel
  marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing events, campaigns, budgets, KPIs, suppliers, agencies, and external partners.
• Experience in supervising, coaching, or guiding junior team members.
• B2B marketing experience in the distribution, energy, technology, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, accountable, and willing to actively participate in project execution, manage multiple
  projects in a fast-paced environment, and travel for on-site activities when required.
