Marketing Activation Supervisor

Role Overview The Supervisor – Field Activation is responsible for leading field execution activities to ensure strong visibility and awareness across POP, POS, and OOH activities, while supporting consumer engagement through trial and event activations. The role also focuses on developing team capabilities and managing assigned team and project budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the field execution team to achieve expected standards for POP, POS, and OOH visibility and awareness activities.
• Ensure effective execution of consumer trial, event, and other field activation activities to drive consumer engagement.
• Build operational capabilities and improve the skills of field team members through coaching and on-the-job guidance.
• Manage and monitor assigned team and project budgets to ensure effective and controlled spending.
• Monitor field execution quality, team performance, and activity progress.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure activation activities are completed effectively and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Field Marketing, Activation, Trade Marketing, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience in field activation, consumer engagement, events, or merchandising activities.
• Good team supervision, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage activity budgets and control expenses.
• Good problem-solving and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
