MARKETING ADMIN

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to join our dynamic team at GERMAN AUTOCARE'. Based at our Gua Musang Branch, Kelantan, this full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Marketing team with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers and digital assets
• Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels
• Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing and general office tasks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketing operations
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar marketing or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
