Marketing Admin

About the role

This role involves creating and managing marketing content, campaigns, and digital platforms to support brand identity and drive engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing content such as social media posts, captions, promotional materials, and marketing visuals
• Coordinate with the multimedia team for graphics, videos, and marketing materials
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with the brand identity and marketing strategy
• Maintain a consistent content calendar for social media platforms
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and provide updates or recommendations for improvement
• Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Monitor engagement, comments, and social media performance
• Track marketing campaign performance including reach, engagement, traffic, and sales impact
• Maintain organized marketing files including campaign plans, content materials, reports, and marketing assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• At least 1–2 year’s experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Basic skills in content writing, marketing planning, and social media analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
