MARKETING ADMIN

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in the execution of localized marketing campaigns and vehicle promotions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and promotional material requests.
• Monitor usage and inventory of sales collaterals (brochures, flyers, giveaways, etc.).
• Support the Sales Department by preparing showroom displays and promo signage.
• Provide assistance in planning and executing showroom activities, car displays, mall events, and test drive days.
• Help with venue coordination, permits, logistics, and documentation.
• Take photos and basic video clips of events for posting and documentation purposes.
• Maintain organized records of marketing expenses, event reports, branch promos, and supplier invoices.
• Prepare basic reports for branch-level marketing activities and results.
• Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and Aftersales teams regarding marketing schedules, sales activities, and material needs.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong organization and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic social media tools. Good written and verbal communication. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and customer-focused.
