Marketing Admin

Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing team, including preparing documents and reports, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain marketing documents, reports, presentations, and records.
• Collect, organize, and update data for reports and management review.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to follow up on documents and required information.
• Support marketing, membership, loyalty, and promotional activities.
• Handle day-to-day marketing administrative tasks and follow-ups.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of documents and reports.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of marketing documents and information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Admin, Marketing Coordinator, Administration, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good document preparation, reporting, and data management skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
