Marketing Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the brand's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, LINE Official, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Ensuring timely customer satisfaction, including activity support and problem resolution, while fostering positive relationships with followers, advocates, and influencers to boost brand loyalty.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing team and ensuring timely cross-functional coordination.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Admin, Sales Support, or online marketing.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, Google Drive and various social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LINE, Facebook, etc.
• Strong English language proficiency (Preferred).
• Service-oriented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
