Marketing Admin Support

Job Descriptions:

• Marketing Administration & Documentation and Provide daily administrative support to the Marketing Team.
• Maintain and regularly update the marketing budget and expense tracker.
• Handle day-to-day administrative communication with marketing vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
• Maintain records of marketing materials, POSM, product samples, event materials, merchandise, and other marketing assets.
• Collect and consolidate marketing, sales, campaign, and activity data from relevant teams, and update regular marketing reports using excel
• Coordinate administrative matters with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other relevant departments.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, exhibitions, and consumer activations

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to develop a career in Marketing.
