Marketing AI Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Marketing AI Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations for Marketing
• Rapidly prototype AI tools and scale successful concepts to production
• Connect marketing platforms to enterprise AI via APIs and frameworks
• Refine AI solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs
• Partner with teams to evaluate high-value AI use cases and requirements
• Guide non-technical teams in creating reusable workflows
• Evaluate feature requests considering impact, cost, and feasibility

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions development, MarTech, DevEx, or technical automation
• Experience with ML, computer vision, NLP, and predictive modeling
• Proven track record in building production-ready AI agents and workflows
• Expertise in modern AI-native developer workflows, preferably using Python
• Familiarity with API proficiency (REST, modern auth) and protocols like MCP
• Integrating marketing platforms with generative tools and workplace apps
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration
