Marketing Analyst

Role Summary:

Responsible for supporting marketing operations through campaign tracking, event coordination, vendor management, and financial processing. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, smooth execution of marketing activities, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and analyse lead generation across campaigns; maintain monthly dashboards and MIS reports.
• Event Coordination:
• Manage logistics, vendors, and execution of marketing events; ensure timely post-event reporting.
• Vendor & Payment Management:
• Handle purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Operational Support:
• Maintain trackers, marketing calendar, documentation, and assist in presentations and reporting.

Key Skills:

• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Vendor coordination & stakeholder management
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience with MIS reporting and event operations

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
• 1 to 2 years in marketing operations / event coordination / similar role
