- Update on technological advancements & emerging trends.
- Analyze data gathered for product improvement and pricing decisions.
- Conduct customer surveys, analyze survey results, and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical assistance to product development projects from conceptualization.
- Assist in acquiring new customer through product demos, technical presentations, and sales support to product launching.
