Marketing Analyst

• Collect, process, and analyze marketing and sales-related data to provide accurate and actionable insights.
• Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Analyze customer satisfaction and customer feedback to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and sales trends, including forecasting future market developments.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, strategies, and initiatives based on relevant metrics.
• Conduct marketing research to support business and marketing strategy.
• Analyze competitor information, including pricing, marketing/sales programs, distribution, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and related teams to provide data and insights needed for business strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in marketing research, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Experience in an IT company or technology-related industry is preferred.
• Able to analyze market trends and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with Sales and other departments.
• Strategic thinking and strong information-seeking skills.
