About the role
Responsible for managing the administrative requirements of Marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain through a digital and physical filing system the approved MSRFs of each brand
- Creates APEX from approved MSRFs and monitors IOs generated
- Creates PR for approved ROFs and IOs and tracks corresponding POs generated
- Regularly monitors and tracks actual spending vs IO budget
- Facilitates processing of billings from suppliers per approved budget/MSRF/Promo Briefs/POs
- Facilitates processing of claims from principals and/or suppliers
- Monitors payment of goods to suppliers/principals
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of reports to agencies and management
- Prepares Bodega/Sample requests, Secures approval, executes sample request, and monitors cost of samples withdrawn
