Marketing Analytics Analyst

Primary Location : Missouri

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Marketing Analytics Analyst for our premier client in Missouri Education and Experience:

• A Master's Degree may substitute for two years of required experience. Three years of prior experience working with Voice of Customer programs preferred; project management and utility experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Marketing Research or related field required. Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or Marketing Research preferred.
• Seven or more years' relevant experience, market research, customer insights, Voice of Customer programs, or qualitative and quantitative research is required.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 1Recurring/scheduled work - Monthly reports and deliverables tied to transactional surveys. Every time a customer interacts with the company (IVR, web, or field), they get a survey opportunity. The team manages the platform that distributes/collects this data, plus analyzes it and reports out.
• 2Ad hoc work - Unplanned survey requests from teams like Energy Efficiency or Electrification, which have to be fit into existing workload/resources on the fly.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Technical/coding skills as a bonus (Microsoft Office/Teams are baseline expectations for everyone; SQL, R, or Python for someone who can build dashboards would stand out)
• Lead the design, execution, and delivery of complex qualitative and quantitative customer research programs that address high-impact business questions and strategic priorities.
• Develop and advance customer insights, Voice of Customer, and analytics strategies to support evolving business needs and drive continuous improvement of customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights, business implications, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across business lines, serving as a strategic partner and subject matter expert on customer insights, Voice of Customer, and customer experience trends.
