Marketing Analytics Head

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Head to lead our marketing, sales, customer, and business-performance analytics function. You'll build measurement frameworks, integrate data across platforms, create executive dashboards, and turn data into actionable business insights — working closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define analytics strategy and KPI governance across marketing, sales, and customer functions
• Build campaign, pipeline, and revenue analytics (attribution, forecasting, conversion tracking)
• Develop account-level and customer segmentation models
• Integrate and validate data across CRM, web analytics, and marketing platforms
• Build executive dashboards and automate business reporting
• Apply forecasting, lead-scoring, and AI/ML-based predictive models
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in business/marketing/sales analytics or data analysis
• 5+ years leading analytics teams
• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise environments preferred
• Strong in CRM analytics, web analytics, BI, and data visualization
• Working knowledge of SQL, forecasting, and segmentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
