Job Context The Marketing & Brand Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence, increase customer engagement, generate business opportunities, and support revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, brand positioning, digital marketing, promotional activities, market research, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity, image, and market positioning.
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, websites, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotional offers, events, and brand activation programs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
• Develop creative marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, banners, advertisements, presentations, videos, and other promotional content.
• Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies, photographers, media partners, influencers, and other marketing vendors.
• Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation and brand communication.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and brand loyalty.
• Support sales teams with appropriate marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and business development initiatives.
• Identify new marketing channels, partnerships, corporate clients, and promotional opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, campaigns, and special promotions.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure promotional activities are conducted within approved budgets.
• Track marketing performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and ROI.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
• Maintain proper records of marketing activities, campaigns, customer feedback, and promotional expenses.
• Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company's brand guidelines, values, and professional standards.
• Work closely with Management, Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
• Continuously identify new ideas and opportunities for brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.
• Perform any other marketing and brand-development responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
