Marketing & Business Development Associate

Overview

COOKIEHOLIC LLC is looking for an ambitious, outgoing, sales-minded, food-loving individual to help grow our brand through social media and business outreach.

This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional fixed-hour part-time position. It may be a great fit for a college student, recent graduate, freelancer, or anyone with a real passion for food and strong content creation/sales skills.

What You'll Do:

1) Social Media

• Create, film, edit, and post short-form content (reels and stories) across our platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Include a creative, yet appropriate caption for each post.
• Help develop creative content ideas around our cookies, catering orders, farmers markets, events, behind-the-scenes production, and brand story.
• Post content to our stories announcing updates like new flavors and upcoming events.

(The source material for this content will primarily come from videos that we generate and share with you. Some material will be recorded by you independently. You are not required to be in the videos themselves, but you are welcome to.)

2) Business Outreach

• Identify businesses and other organizations as potential clients for large orders, corporate gifting, catering, events, and other opportunities.
• Reach out to these businesses through email, phone, and social media.
• Potentially visit these businesses and offer COOKIEHOLIC samples, business cards, flyers, and other promotional materials. Introduce the brand in person and speak with the appropriate people to create a strong first impression. (This will be a less frequent part of the position compared to content creation and emailing/calling.)
• Follow up with prospective clients and help turn leads into orders.

Who We're Looking For:

Apply if you are:

• Experienced in creating and editing short-form video content.
• Confident, outgoing, entrepreneurial, well-spoken, and understand how to make a good impression.
• Detail-oriented and have a good "eye" for creating videos that hook the viewer.
• Good at drafting punchy emails that actually get read. (Not AI-generated slop.)
• Genuinely interested in food, branding, marketing, and sales.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through email, phone, social media, and in person.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Responsive and reliable.

Compensation

This is a performance-based position with flexible scheduling. The better you do, the more you get paid.

• $20 per approved reel created and published (estimated 3–5 reels per week).
• 10% commission on all orders you generate.
• Additional performance-based bonuses for strong results.
