Marketing & Content Creator

TRIONA is an Irish fashion and design brand rooted in Donegal, with over 40 years of heritage in weaving and craftsmanship. As we enter an exciting new chapter with the opening of our new Dublin flagship, we are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing & Content Creator to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for fashion, design and storytelling who can create engaging content across our digital channels, support the wider marketing team and help bring the TRIONA brand to life.

The Role

You will work closely with the marketing team across content creation, social media and digital marketing, creating and coordinating content that reflects TRIONA’s identity and supports the growth of the brand.

The role will involve both creating original content and supporting the wider marketing team with the assets and creatives needed for campaigns and day-to-day marketing activity.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, email, website and other digital channels
• Shooting and editing short-form video and social content
• Creating photo, video and creative assets for use across marketing campaigns
• Supporting the marketing team with campaign concepts, creative assets and promotional content
• Managing and planning social media content and maintaining a consistent content calendar
• Developing ideas for campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling
• Supporting email marketing, including creating content and campaign assets
• Creating content around new collections, our stores and behind-the-scenes at TRIONA
• Working with the wider team on seasonal campaigns, shoots, events and launches
• Repurposing content across different channels and formats to maximise its impact
• Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities to grow engagement and sales
• Keeping up to date with social media trends, digital content formats and emerging creative opportunities

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong visual eye and genuine interest in fashion, design and contemporary culture
• Is confident creating and editing photo and video content
• Understands Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends
• Can combine creativity with a commercial understanding of what drives engagement and sales
• Can work collaboratively with a marketing team while also taking ownership of projects
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Has excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of brand

Experience in fashion, luxury, retail or lifestyle would be an advantage.

Experience:

• Content creation: 2 years (preferred)
