Marketing and Content Creator

Seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Content Creator to develop, create and manage engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

This role will focus on promoting HML’s brand, products & services, while increasing online engagement, attracting new customers and supporting overall marketing activities.

The Role:

This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in machinery and plant equipment.

A key focus of this role is creating and optimising content that drives customer enquiries, including test-drive requests and lead submissions.

This position is based our Buncrana Head Office, with travel to on-site locations, therefore a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

· Create engaging content, including photographs, videos, graphics, reels and written posts.

· Develop creative content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns and other marketing materials.

Social Media Management:

· Manage and update the company’s social media accounts. Monitor comments, messages and engagement, responding professionally where appropriate.

· Identify social media trends and opportunities to increase reach, followers and engagement.

Marketing & Promotion:

· Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

· Work with management to develop new ideas to increase brand awareness and generate business.

Website & Digital Marketing:

· Monitor website and social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Ensure online information is accurate, consistent and up to date.

Reporting & Administration:

· Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos and marketing materials.

· Research competitors, customer interests and current marketing trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a similar role, supported by a portfolio of work

· Professional & reliable individual, with a strong attention to detail.

· Confident in communicating the company’s brand, products & services.

· Ability tomeet and exceed KPI’s.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role:

· Growth in social media followers and audience reach.

· Engagement levels, including likes, comments, shares and enquiries.

· Consistency and quality of content production.

· Website traffic and marketing campaign performance.

· Leads, enquiries or sales generated through marketing activities.

· Successful delivery of marketing campaigns within agreed deadlines.
