We are looking for a Marketing & Content Executive to join our growing Sales & Marketing team and support the daily execution of marketing activities across our brands.

This role is ideal for someone who loves social media, content, and brand execution, and wants to work hands-on with hospitality brands in a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and E-commerce Manager, helping turn ideas, campaigns, and strategies into real content, posts, emails, and guest engagement activities.

What you’ll be doing

Social media:

• Manage daily social media activity for our brands.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts and stories
• Keep accounts active, consistent and aligned with platform trends
• Engage with the audience (comments & basic messages)
• Create ideas to engage in-house guests with social media

Content & Campaign Execution:

• Create simple graphic content and short videos
• Adapt content for campaigns, offers and seasonal promotions
• Support email marketing content (copy & visuals)
• Prepare content for website banners and landing pages

Content Coordination:

• Coordinate with our external content creators (photo & video)
• Help organise filming visits at our hotels
• Prepare briefs, give feedback and ensure content matches our needs

Marketing Support:

• Support marketing activities with Tour Operators and partners
• Assist with brand materials, giveaways and trade promotions
• Help maintain consistency across all marketing touchpoints

What we’re looking for

• Strong interest in social media and digital content
• Good eye for visuals, branding and storytelling
• Comfortable creating and adapting content. Preferably through Adobe Creative Suite
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Good English communication skills
• Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
