Job Title: Marketing & Content Manager (Design)

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 pa (FTE) Depending on experience

Location: Tapping House, Wheatfields, Hillington, Norfolk, PE31 6BH.

Hours of work: Part time & Full time hours available. Minimum of 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Annual Leave: 25 days increasing to 27 after 5 years’ service and 29 after 9 years’ service + 8 days in lieu of public holidays (FTE)

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and flexible Marketing & Content Manager (Design) to strengthen Tapping House’s brand profile.

This pivotal role will help deliver our marketing and communications strategy, delivering compelling content across print, digital, and media channels to build meaningful engagement with supporters, patients, families, and the wider community. You will be responsible for shaping our storytelling and ensuring our communications reflect our values and mission. Alongside social media leadership, you will design high-quality assets that support fundraising and awareness of our cause. This is an ideal role for a proactive designer and content creator who is confident in hands-on delivery, and who wants to use their skills to make a genuine difference.
