We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Marketing & Creative Content Executive to join our growing team and help bring the Epicure brand to life through engaging content, food photography, creative design, and exciting school events.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Event Coordination

• Plan and coordinate marketing activities, school events, guest chef programmes, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with school partners and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives across our school locations.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Develop social media posts, captions, short videos, and Reels to showcase our food, people, and activities.
• Support social media planning, scheduling, and community engagement.

Food Photography & Video

• Capture appealing food photography and videos for menus, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Photograph school events, special menus, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Edit photos and short videos for digital marketing purposes.

Graphic Design & Marketing Materials

• Design creative marketing materials, including social media artwork, posters, menus, banners, and event materials.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with Epicure's brand identity.
• Support the development of presentations and other marketing communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with international colleagues and school partners.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Good photography skills, particularly food photography.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Creative, proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Interest in food, hospitality, and lifestyle marketing is a plus.

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

การตลาดและการประสานงานกิจกรรม

วางแผนและประสานงานกิจกรรมทางการตลาด กิจกรรมภายในโรงเรียน โครงการเชฟรับเชิญ (Guest Chef) และแคมเปญส่งเสริมการขายต่างๆ

ทำงานร่วมกับโรงเรียนพันธมิตรและทีมงานภายในอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อให้การจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ประสบความสำเร็จ

สนับสนุนการสร้างแบรนด์และการดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดในโรงเรียนต่างๆ ที่เราให้บริการ

สื่อสังคมออนไลน์และการสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์

สร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์ที่น่าสนใจสำหรับ Facebook, Instagram และแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลอื่นๆ

จัดทำโพสต์บนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ คำบรรยายภาพ (Captions) วิดีโอสั้น และ Reels เพื่อนำเสนออาหาร ทีมงาน และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของเรา

สนับสนุนการวางแผนและกำหนดการเผยแพร่บนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ รวมถึงการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มผู้ติดตาม

การถ่ายภาพอาหารและวิดีโอ

ถ่ายภาพและวิดีโออาหารให้น่ารับประทาน เพื่อนำไปใช้ในเมนู สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และแคมเปญทางการตลาดต่างๆ

ถ่ายภาพกิจกรรมภายในโรงเรียน เมนูพิเศษ และเบื้องหลังการทำงานต่างๆ

ตัดต่อภาพและวิดีโอสั้นสำหรับใช้ในงานการตลาดดิจิทัล

การออกแบบกราฟิกและสื่อทางการตลาด

ออกแบบสื่อทางการตลาดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เช่น ภาพสำหรับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ โปสเตอร์ เมนู ป้ายแบนเนอร์ และสื่อที่ใช้ในกิจกรรมต่างๆ

ดูแลให้งานออกแบบทั้งหมดมีความสอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ Epicure

สนับสนุนการจัดทำสื่อนำเสนอ (Presentations) และสื่อการสื่อสารทางการตลาดอื่นๆ

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาการตลาด, การสื่อสาร, การออกแบบกราฟิก, สื่อดิจิทัล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 0–3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีผลงานโดดเด่น)

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน พร้อมสื่อสารกับเพื่อนร่วมงานชาวต่างชาติและโรงเรียนพันธมิตรได้อย่างมั่นใจ

มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator หรือโปรแกรมออกแบบอื่นๆ ที่ใกล้เคียงกัน

มีทักษะในการถ่ายภาพ โดยเฉพาะการถ่ายภาพอาหาร

มีทักษะพื้นฐานในการถ่ายและตัดต่อวิดีโอ (เช่น CapCut, Premiere Pro หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่ใกล้เคียงกัน) มีความคุ้นเคยกับแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียและเทรนด์คอนเทนต์ดิจิทัล

มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เชิงรุก มีระเบียบวินัยในการทำงาน และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด

สามารถบริหารจัดการโปรเจกต์หลายงานไปพร้อมกันได้ และทำงานร่วมกับทีมต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี

หากมีความสนใจในด้านอาหาร ธุรกิจบริการ (Hospitality) และการตลาดไลฟ์สไตล์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
