What they need

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Coordinator to take ownership of the marketing and creatives across SRO and our portfolio of events.

This isn't a traditional corporate marketing role. You'll develop the campaign AND create it. One day you might be developing the rollout strategy for a festival announcement; the next you're designing the event poster, creating Meta ads and updating a website.

You'll work closely with our Managing Director and Events team to take events from concept and announcement through to ticket sales and event day. Great event marketing isn't just about making things look good - it's about selling tickets, building brands and creating memorable events that people want to be a part of.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaign timelines across multiple events
  • Plan event launches, artist announcements, presales, ticket releases and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor ticket sales and campaign performance and adapt marketing activity accordingly
  • Manage organic and paid social campaigns, including Meta advertising, audiences, retargeting and creative testing
  • Manage EDM campaigns and help grow and utilise customer databases
  • Personally design event posters, social content and digital advertising
  • Create print collateral, signage, programs, maps, sponsor assets and event graphics
  • Design merchandise and work with suppliers through to production
  • Help develop the branding, visual identity and creative direction of new and existing SRO events
  • Maintain and update SRO and event websites, landing pages and ticket links

About you

  • Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio of work
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong social media and digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • A strong eye for branding, design and current creative trends
  • Confidence managing websites/CMS platforms and EDMs (Squarespace is preferable)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously

About us

SRO Group is an event, entertainment and hospitality company delivering festivals, concerts, major events and activations across the NT and across Australia, with continued expansion into new markets. We work in a fast-paced industry where no two weeks look the same.
