Job Overview

WBS Engineers is seeking a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media content, creating engaging digital graphics and videos, updating website content, and supporting the company's marketing, branding, and administrative activities.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong coordination and communication skills and has an interest in civil engineering, construction, and project-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging posts, captions, project videos, and promotional content.
• Design graphics, edit photographs and videos, and develop visual content showcasing civil construction and engineering projects.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent social media activity and brand communication.
• Monitor social media engagement and performance and suggest improvements to increase audience reach.
• Update website content and coordinate with the web developer on website improvements and content changes.
• Maintain consistent branding across social media, websites, company profiles, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Organise and maintain project photographs, videos, digital records, and marketing assets.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, brochures, proposals, and other business documents.
• Support office administration, document formatting, filing, and general coordination tasks.
• Coordinate company functions, events, bookings, and related logistics.
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative and coordination responsibilities as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design and video editing software.
• Strong skills in photo editing, video editing, and visual content creation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred: Familiarity with website content management. Experience creating content for engineering, construction, architecture, or other technical industries will be an advantage.

The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing marketing and creative work with general office coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Contract Details

• Contract duration: 3 months
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan
• Working hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
